THE INFORMATION DELNOR HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER COLLECTS
DHFC collects information directly from the user (such as name, e-mail address, contact numbers, address, age, gender) only when the user voluntarily accesses our Digital Properties and enters the information voluntarily and in connection with user requests for information. DHFC also may collect information following a promotional campaign or if a membership is purchased.
HOW DELNOR HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER USES THE INFORMATION USERS PROVIDE
DHFC may use the information voluntarily provided to communicate promotions, newsletters, updates, special programs and information about DHFC through e- mails, social media, mailings using the post office and possibly telephone contacts. If you do not wish to be contacted by DHFC, you have the option to opt-out by requesting that you not be contacted. USE BY DELNOR HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER AFFILIATES
DHFC is part of a group of fitness and wellness centers that share a centralized corporate management, operations and support team. That team of people provides services to DHFC and helps DHFC operate more efficiently and effectively. The services the team may provide include marketing, maintaining and updating the Digital Properties, sending e-mail and mail through the post office, collecting and analyzing data, preparing statistics, and enhancing user and/or member service. A team member may have access to the personal information you provide to enable him or her to perform these necessary tasks and further to better serve DHFC members and Digital Property users. OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy and to ensure the correct use of information, DHFC has in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information we collect. OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
DHFC is committed to protecting the privacy of young children. DHFC does not knowingly attempt to collect or maintain through its website information from children who are under the age of 13. DHFC’s website does not contain information structured to attract children under the age of 13. The DHFC website is not appropriate for that age group.
